In-App Support
1. Open the Autobiographer app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner to access your Memory Vault.
3. Once in the Memory Vault, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to access your Account Settings.
4. Scroll down and tap on the "Contact Support" option.
5. Here you'll see options to browse help articles, contact support, and find links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Tap "Contact Support" to send a message directly to our support team from within the app.
7. Fill out the email addressed to support@autobiographer.com.

4. In the body of the email, include a more detailed description of what you need assistance with. Remember to include the email address associated with your Autobiographer account if it's different from the one you're sending from.

2. Here you'll find our comprehensive support center. Browse articles by category or use the search bar to find help on a specific topic.
3. If you can't find what you're looking for, click the "Submit a request" button.
4. Fill out the web form with your details and question/issue. Be sure to include the email address associated with your Autobiographer account.
5. Click "Submit" to send your request. We'll get back to you via email promptly, typically within 24-48 hours.
